Our Process Of Making Rugs

Every Thread Tells a Story

1 | Yarn

Wool is sorted, washed, and sun-dried for two-three days to remove impurities.

2 | Spinning

Wool is carded by hand or machine, then spun into yarn using a spinning wheel.

3 | Dying

Yarn is dyed using fast dyes, dried in sunlight for 1–3 days, sometimes with natural dyes.

4 | Designing

Design patterns like curvilinear or geometric are conceptualized before weaving.

5 | Weaving

Skilled artisans weave the rug using chosen fibers, colors, patterns and techniques.

6 | Washing

Final washing enhances the luster and finishing of the carpet.

7 | Stretching

Stretching ensures the rug edges remain straight and aligned.

8 | Clipping

Detailed clipping is done to finish the rug with precision and beauty.
